Don’t miss the renderings for a proposed development flanking the Expo/Crenshaw light rail station. Located at the corner of Exposition and Crenshaw on the edge of Jefferson Park, the well-designed buildings will offer 429 residential units and almost 50,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
There are also plans for a (much needed) grocery store and restaurants, as well as three acres of public space. We’re eager to see if this really happens, but the proposal looks pretty cool. For the full story, click here: https://urbanize.la/post/joint-development-unveiled-expocrenshaw-properties
